My objective in working with you is to hold a healing space of empowerment. When we work together, I will always be an advocate for your wellness, goals, and desires. I have established these guidelines to help create a professional environment in which I can provide the best quality and care during our sessions.

• Everything we speak about during our sessions is kept confidential by me. 
• I do not provide coaching and guidance over text messaging. 
• To maintain professionalism, neutrality, objectivity and accuracy I do not socialize with my clients outside of sessions. 
• I  ask you remember I am first and foremost a human helping many humans.  Consideration of me, my time, tone, what time you’re texting, etc.,  will ensure we maintain a positive ongoing work relationship. I will extend the same courtesies to you.  
•  Going between the energetic realm to administrative work can be tricky for me to navigate.  I am grateful for and need respectful feedback and suggestions. If something isn’t working or needs adjusting, let me know I’ll promptly amend the concern.   I ask for understanding and compassion, like you, I am wearing many hats, thank you. 
• If something feels off during a session, I encourage you to let me know at the time, if possible.  It is your time and it is my priority that you are heard, seen, feel valued and get the most from our time together. 
• I do have premonitions and see different timelines but I do not identify as a fortune teller. It is my goal to empower my clients with tools and energy to connect with their own power and intuition. The choices you and others make are products of free will; I do not and cannot take responsibility for your finances, friendship, romance, work, health, your choices or other peoples’ choices.
• During the session it is essential for you to be in a private and quiet place, preferably seated (not driving), where we are able to focus.   
• When scheduling an appointment, the individual who the appointment is scheduled for is the person I work with. Having more people involved in the session affects focus and can lead to inaccuracy.  
• I am not a doctor or medical medium.  I cannot offer diagnosis or replace proper medical care. 
• I am not a therapist. I am not trained for mental health crises. 
• I am not a lawyer.
•  You can expect that the information you are getting is a channeled message. Often my guides will have me use stories from my experience as a way to clarify a message. I refrain from offering opinions. If I do offer an opinion, I will be mindful to let you know.
• I am unable to answer questions for a 3rd party. If a friend or loved one has a question, please, direct them to schedule an appointment.
• I recommend making a digital recording or taking notes for your own future reference. I do not keep notes or document sessions as my focus is to interpret and channel information. There is one exception, if we do a Zoom call I can record it and send it to you, but I ask that you download it immediately as I will delete it from my personal record bank in a weeks time. 
• I work with people around the world so please keep in mind when scheduling via text or email that all times scheduled will be US Mountain Standard Time. The online scheduler has an option to adjust to your time zone.
• Payment is required at the time of scheduling, thank you. To schedule an appointment please use the automated scheduler. If you need to schedule over email or text then Venmo is preferred and my username is @tigerwestbrook.  PayPal and Credit Card is a third option.
• SUBSCRIPTIONS: once the minimum time commitment is met the membership will continue until canceled.  With an active subscription time will rollover for the maximum of a month.  
• SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION: Notice is needed a week in advance of your usual debit date. Once you have canceled you have the one week to redeem any unused time.
• For rescheduling or canceling:  I value & respect your time, please do the same for me. There are no refunds for no shows. I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellation and rescheduling. Thank you for understanding!
• I honor and trust you recognize the sovereignty of your financial power and financial choices. With respect, I do not offer refunds. Purchased time that is not redeemed in the allotted time-span will not be extended.
